Please note that if the driver is 16 or 17, or if the driver has failed the motorcycle operator's skills test twice, the driver must submit proof of completing an approved motorcycle rider education course directly to the Secretary of State Branch Office. Payment for your appointment is due three business days from the day of scheduling. If you have questions concerning any fees or requirements, or need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
