Appointment Fee

The cost of your appointment is $45.00. Payment is due three (3) business days after making the appointment. If your payment is not made within that time, your appointment will be replaced. Please keep your receipt for proof of your payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours before your appointment, the appointment fee will be refunded or applied towards the cost of a rescheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

Please be on time. If you are late, you will forfeit your appointment and fee.

Weather Conditions

Appointments will be rescheduled if weather conditions in Lawton do not meet state requirements. If the weather may be questionable to you, please call to confirm the appointment.

Retest Fee

If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment because of an incomplete test, a credit will be allowed against the cost of another appointment for the retest as follows:

1. Incomplete or missing documents = $35.00 fee
2. Incomplete as a result of equipment failure prior to basic skills test = $35.00 fee
3. Incomplete or terminated for any other reason = $45.00 fee
